Lindsay is calm, confident and collected at all times. She is reasonable and respectful to your process, she knew when she need to let me share and she knew when I need to be pushed and asked me questions I was afraid to ask myself. Her energy and positive outlook is inspiring.

I have accomplished so much but the ability to set healthy boundaries with other people and myself has freed me in many ways and made me a happier, more confident person.

I am so grateful for my coaching experience with Lindsay. I felt very heard and understood through the entire process. It's funny, I still hear Lindsay's voice in my head when I'm experiencing things we spoke about and it's a gentle little reminder to put the things we talked about into action.

I think it's great for people at any point in their life to again have someone else to talk to (without judgements) and discuss their life. It helps them realize any areas that they should focus on, and how to achieve their goals.

Working with Lindsay has been fantastic! I wasn't quite sure what to expect going in, but she is just the sort of person I needed to be able to open up and do some deep learning and reflection with. She is personable, straightforward, and honest, and she creates an environment where you can take the space to really listen to yourself and work towards your goals. Lindsay knows how to listen, how to ask questions, and how to offer summaries/suggestions in a way that is incredibly powerful. I have learned more about myself in 5 hours with Lindsay than in any other self-learning I have done. I cannot recommend working with her highly enough.
